" Mnac and the retriever "

this is one of my favorite photos.

If i were a minute too late, this cute dog wouldn't be in this picture.
The owner was beside me at that time and he was slightly scolding him because
he's blocking the view.
Seconds went by and it still wasn't budging,
the owner just smiled back at me and said something in spanish...
"lo siento, mi perro, ...", sorry, couldn't catch the whole phrase,
He got me at Lo siento...

It clearly wants to be photographed that's for sure. ^0^

MNAC or Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya is one of Catalonia's notable museum.
It contains the foremost collection of murals and paintings dating from Romanesque
to Gothic, to Baroque and more.

It is also one of the main sights where you can catch a magnificent view of the city and its environs.

I have to commend people who has all the time in the world to blog about
their travel stories and pictures.
It's been almost 4months since my last trip to Europe but still,
I couldn't find time to post,
But slowly, I'm sharing it partially than serve it in a big platter.

" Venetian Tower "

Around Plaça d'Espanya square is this structure called the Venetian tower.
It's also one of the main highlights in Barcelona, on the way to MNAC ( the one I posted earlier) and the Avinguda de la Reina Maria Cristina, commonly used for trade fairs.
This "torre effect" is imposing and literally gigantic that it's hard to catch a good angle.
this is just one of the many shots I did during my trip last december.
too bad I couldn't stay longer and see how it lights up at night. ^0^

" MNAC "

A bit of a problem with white balance,
this is the dome structure of MNAc's museum.
or better known as Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya,
To get there, you either take a direct bus or a taxi
to avoid a long plight of stairs,
if you don't mind though, the walk is rewarding as the view on the way up is just breathtaking.
